As one of the longest-serving hosts of the popular daytime talk show Loose Women, Coleen Nolan has become a household name.
Initially a guest presenter, she became a regular in 2000 and has since become known for her straight-talking and candid personal revelations on the show.
Her controversial opinions, hilarious anecdotes, and outrageous sex stories have both shocked and entertained the nation, as well as her family.

Revenge romp
Coleen Nolan left her fellow Loose Women panelists in disbelief when she revealed her sex revenge on a cheating ex during a discussion on pettiness after break-ups.
Coleen shared her thoughts on break-up revenge and admitted a savage act she did in the past but instantly regretted.
She became friends with the woman her ex-boyfriend left her for, who kept saying, “He’ll never do it to me.”
Annoyed, Coleen invited her ex over for a “little chat” and confessed, “I slept with him.” Her revelation left the panelists with their mouths agape.
Though Coleen felt immense guilt about her actions, she explained, “I felt like she was taking the mick out of me. So I thought, ‘don’t tell me he won’t do it again, because he will,’ so I got him to and he did, and I told her.”
‘Fabulous’ sex life
Coleen left her co-stars Jane Moore, Janet Street-Porter, and Linda Robson stunned as she spilled the beans on her “fabulous” sex life during the ITV daytime show.
The ladies tackled the topic, “Is intimacy better later in life?” A beaming Coleen didn’t hold back, exclaiming: “Yes, the answer is yes.”
The mum-of-three, who previously opened up about her low self-esteem, gushed: “If you’re with the right person, it’s the best thing ever.”
She continued, “You get to a certain age, and people think you shouldn’t have sex anymore or are horrified that you still have sex.

“To be honest with you, when I spent the last 4 or 5 years on my own, I never thought I’d have it [sex] again.”
Coleen added: “Maybe also now, this is it, take it or leave it. I’ve clearly taken it, and I feel in a much better place.”
Janet chimed in, asking about the trigger for her low self-esteem.
Coleen replied: “Being in the public eye and also my last marriage, I lost all of my self-esteem.”
She concluded, “But for me, it’s never too late, you’re never too old, and if you’re with the right person, it’s the best thing ever.”
Bedroom hygiene
Coleen’s Loose Women co-star Brenda Edwards was left speechless when the star made a startling admission about her hygiene practices.
The two were joined by Kaye Adams and Janet Street Porter for the panel discussion, which quickly turned to the topic of cleanliness.
Kaye asked the group if they always changed their bedsheets for guests, and that’s when Coleen dropped the bombshell.
“If they’ve only stayed for a night, if my sister comes to stay for one night and then the next night my friends coming to stay…I don’t change the sheets,” she confessed.
Brenda was visibly horrified by this revelation and exclaimed” “I can’t even!”
She went on to stress the importance of changing sheets after every use, regardless of who the guest is. “I don’t need no skin cells rubbing on me, I don’t care if it was a man, woman or child, you wash that sheet,” she insisted.
Awakening the tiger

Coleen once spilled the tea on her spicy love life, claiming she’s having the “best sex of her life” with her Tinder match.
The 56-year-old presenter went on the dating app after her previous relationship with a younger man fizzled out during lockdown.
Since then, Coleen has found a new mystery man, who she describes as “kind, caring, funny, and romantic” with the added bonus of amazing sex.
He’s awoken something in me. He’s awoken a tiger, which I didn’t know was there,” she gushed.
The TV star revealed that after not having sex for five years, she was initially nervous to get intimate with her new lover.
But now, she feels sexier than ever and loves to have sex “anywhere in the house at any time of day.”
Vibrator gaffe
Loose Women viewers were left in shock as Coleen Nolan revealed a hilarious sex toy mishap on the show.
The presenter admitted that she fell asleep while using a Rampant Rabbit vibrator after having too much to drink.
Coleen’s revelation came as the panel discussed a new ITV drama called Brief Encounters, which follows four women whose lives were transformed by sex toy parties.
Trying to explain her own experience, Coleen confessed that she once had a fall out with her husband and decided to go solo.
But she ended up dozing off after a couple of glasses of wine and was only woken up by the buzzing noise of the vibrator.
The other panelists, including Nadia Sawalha and Andrea McLean, also shared their experiences with sex toys, with Andrea revealing she once attended a party in Cheshire where she got a floral vibrator.
Car park bonk

The loose-lipped star spilled the beans about a steamy sex session she shared with ex-husband Shane Richie.
The presenter sat down with Piers Morgan to discuss her 45 years in show business.
Piers couldn’t resist bringing up the time Coleen revealed on Loose Women that she and Shane had sex in a public car park.
Coleen didn’t deny it and said, “We were very into each other, and we just didn’t waste the opportunity.
There was no one in the car park. We did what young people do, and luckily the windows steamed up because when we finished, the whole car park was full.”
The couple met in 1986 and eloped to Florida in 1990 after their wedding plans spiraled out of control.
However, their marriage was short-lived as they split in 1997 when Coleen discovered Shane was cheating on her.
Sex tape Confession
Rixton’s Jake Roche has opened up about his most embarrassing moment, which happened to be when his mother Coleen Nolan made a startling confession on Loose Women.
During a taping of the show, Coleen revealed that she and Jake’s father, Shane Richie, had made a sex tape.
Sitting in the audience with his brother Shane, the 22-year-old musician cringed as his mother described the footage as “two sea lions that needed clubbing.”
Jake admitted that it was hard going to school the next day after the revelation but also revealed that he often turns to his mother for advice on sexual matters.
In an interview with the Daily Mirror, he said, “I send a text to my mum if I’ve got a problem. She’s always there for me and my mates.”
Despite his mother’s cringe-worthy antics, Jake loves and respects her and even credits her for helping him and his bandmates in the bedroom department.
