EastEnders fans were left scratching their heads during the latest visit to Walford.
During Wednesday’s (August 2) episode of the BBC One soap, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) quizzed Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) about Freddie Slater’s (Bobby Brazier) whereabouts.
The young lad secretly went to meet his dad, Graham Foster (Alex McSweeney) after successfully finding his place of work.

However, Alfie, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) were left concerned for Freddie and desperately tried to find him.
Fans of the BBC One soap are aware that Graham raped Freddie’s mum Little Mo Slater (Kacey Ainsworth).
He was jailed for eight years and was last seen on screen in January 2005.
Heading over to the chip shop, Alfie, Kat and Billy grilled Bobby for information on where his pal Freddie could be.
Alfie said: “Freddie, if Bobby’s meeting his dad, we need to know where, when and how”
Viewers watching at home were left baffled as they wondered if actor Shane Richie got names mixed up as it was Freddie meeting up with his dad, not Bobby.
Also, the character Freddie is played by Bobby Brazier.
Taking to X, one person posted: “Howling at this blooper squeezing it’s way into tonight’s episode when Alfie speaks to Bobby.”
Another added: “Alfie called Bobby Freddie and Freddie Bobby #EastEnders” alongside laughing face emojis.
Someone else wrote: “Erm Alfie, you’re speaking to Bobby about Freddie, not the other way around.”
During the meeting, Freddie learnt he has sisters and arranged to see his dad again.
However, Freddie was still unaware of how he was conceived and the truth about Graham.
After Kat, Billy and Alfie learnt of Freddie meeting his dad, they sat the youngster down to finally tell him the truth, leaving him devastated.
It comes as EastEnders spoilers confirmed that Freddie will reunite with his mother Little Mo next week.
Following the shocking discovery, Freddie will take some time away from Albert Square to see his mum.
It’s not yet known if Little Mo will be seen on screen.
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
