EastEnders viewers believe they’ve rumbled how Rocky Cotton will exit the BBC soap.
Fans are convinced his constant prying into the antics of “the six” on Christmas night is sparking major trouble for the Walford resident. Thursday’s episode (December 28) saw him confronting Sharon about her whereabout and claiming he saw her enter the café in her wedding dress in the middle of the night.
He later confronted Kathy, causing her to plan a crisis meeting with the other members of the six. Fans now believe curiosity may kill the cat, as the actor has confirmed he will be leaving the series – and the women will want his prying nose out of the picture.

“They were doing so well with #EastEnders up to Xmas day. The 6 will probably kill Rocky next to cover up their lies: said one fan. “LOL at the six. This is the BEST storyline #EastEnders have done in a decade. I bet/hope they kill Rocky off,” a second agreed, while a third penned: “Rocky is going to end up dying a new years, if he’s not careful.”
Another fan claims they might frame him for the murder: “Rocky be careful you’re placing yourself in the firing line. Now Kathy knows that Rocky is onto #TheSix – this is the way he’ll get framed for Keanu’s death leading to his prison exit. #EastEnders #Sixmas.” But the end of the episode teased a different exit for the character – with Suki suggesting they turn him into police for setting fire to Kathy’s café.

Suki claimed an arson conviction would see him banged up for life, meaning he would be more focused on his own problems. “Shopping Rocky to the cops for arson to take the heat off The Six for murder did you say?? This storyline is the gift that just keeps on giving! #EastEnders,” gushed one fan. Elsewhere on the episode, Suki had more drama after she confessed her lesbian affair to Nugget.
He stormed off after learning she was going to abandon him and run away with Eve, but later returned to the shop to apologize. He told her and Eve that he supported their romance – but a shocked Kym was present in the shop and heard the whole thing.
After claiming she “hadn’t heard anything” before running out, she was later seen in the Queen Vic telling the whole of Walford about the affair.
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
