Emmerdale had its loyal legion of fans fearing the worst following Cain Dingle’s threat to Will Taylor in an epic pub showdown.
In Wednesday’s episode (February 15) of the long-running ITV soap, Cain was desperate to see his son Kyle.
Amy told Cain to keep his distance, but later, he saw Kyle in the park with Will and Lucas and went over – despite it being a violation of his bail conditions.

Kyle was eager to see his dad, but with the child’s trial coming up, Will stepped in and told Cain to leave.
As expected, Cain was not impressed, and told Amy that Will “shouldn’t have stuck his nose in”.
Towards the end of the episode, a fuming Cain headed to the Woolpack with his brother Caleb, and clocked Will in the corner.
Cain was encouraged by Caleb to make amends, but it didn’t last long.
“Sorry for any misunderstanding”, Cain said to Will.
Will replied: “Misunderstanding? You’ve only got yourself to blame, trying to bully me out the way.
“No wonder Amy doesn’t want you anywhere near her son, you’re a headcase.”
With that, Caleb stepped over to join in and Will quipped back: “Oh, he’s here, the other Chuckle Brother…am I supposed to be scared or something?”
Caleb then told him to calm down, but Will said: “What you two need to realise is that you can’t push me around.
“Any time you feel like trying, then I’m ready.”
Cain went to make launch an attack but Caleb stopped him and told him to leave it.
The two brothers then headed back to their seats, and Cain looked over at Will again.
He then turned to Caleb and menacingly muttered: “Don’t worry, he’s going to get what’s coming to him.”
As the episode came to an end, fans of the soap took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
“Cain going to kidnap will and put him in his car boot,” joked one viewer.
Another added: “Will you are no match for Cain.”
“Ooh Will the tough guy, Cain will flatten you by the way,” a third proclaimed.
Another viewer mused: “I think Cain should be very careful what he says in front of Caleb.”
The same user explained: “I think he’s going to turn out to be the biggest backstabbing trouble maker who will try to rip the Dingles apart.”
