Emmerdale was rocked with another death during the latest visit to the village.
During Thursday’s (September 14) hour-long episode of the ITV soap, Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) received a phone call from her Zak Dingle (Steve Halliwell).
After getting off he call, she announced to Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt), Lydia (Karen Blick) and Sam Dingle (James Hotton) that a member of their family had passed away in Ireland.

Mandy told the room: “Great uncle Gad died Tuesday night.”
Sam replied: “I thought he died years ago.”
Mandy replied: “I didn’t even know him. Apparently he had been banished by the family in the nineties.
Paddy wondered: “Why’s that?”
“Don’t know. Uncle Zak couldn’t remember,” Mandy answered.
Paddy joked: “Dingles you see, you hold grudges. Once you’re out, you’re out.”
Mandy continued: “Well the only one thats kept in contact with him is cousin Drisella and she was doing it on the sly.
“Anyway, she needs help cleaning the house and she wondered if we could give her a hand. Any volunteers?”
Paddy replied: “Don’t look at me. I’m pulling out the ‘not a proper Dingle’ card.”
“Ah very convenient,” Mandy replied, before asking Sam if he’d help the family.
However, he said: “Ah I’ve got to get to work.”
It was later decided that Sam and Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) will head off to Ireland to see what they can find in their late relatives home.
