Ground Force star Tommy Walsh has left fans speechless after debuting his slimmed down figure on BBC quiz show Pointless.
The 66-year-old appeared on the celebrity version of the programme after recovering from throat cancer in March 2022 – and looked totally different to his garden makeover days.
Tommy used to appear alongside TV gardeners Alan Titchmarsh and Charlie Dimmock on the hit show.

But he looked a far cry from his former self, wowing fans with his slimline appearance in a burgundy long-sleeved polo shirt, with his silver hair slicked back.
Also present on the special quiz show edition were Tim Key, Alex Horne, Eboni Usoso-Brown, Sharron Davies, Rhea Bailey, Diarmuid Gavin and Natalie Jamieson.
But fans were simply blown away by how different Tommy looked, with one commenting: “Bloody hell, Tommy Walsh has lost loads of weight!”
Another posted: “Lovely to see Tommy Walsh back on our screens and teamed up with the equally lovely Diarmuid. Top marks for having the brilliant Alex Horne on too.”
It comes after Tommy’s battle with throat cancer – after experiencing a breast cancer scare back in 2002.
The star found two lumps on his chest two decades ago, and with a history of breast cancer in his family, went to get checked out.
The star said at the time: “I was being a bit of a bloke about the whole thing.
“I just buried myself in my work and then went along for the day surgery where the lumps were removed under a general anaesthetic.”

Thankfully, the lumps were found to be benign.
Sadly, he wasn’t so lucky a second time, as the star discovered a lump in his throat while seeing a GP for an unrelated issue.
The lump turned out to be cancerous – but the star has now fully recovered after being rushed in for urgent surgery.
He explained: “I had to go in straight away and have surgery to remove it. I am now fully recovered and even back playing football!
“If something in your body doesn’t feel right contact your GP practice and book an appointment. Whatever the result, the NHS is here to help.”
