Home and Away star Kyle Shilling gushed over his co-star Kirsty Marillier who plays his on-screen love interest Rose Delaney.
The actor made his debut as Mali Hudson earlier this year and often shares the screen with brunette beauty Kirsty after their characters began a relationship on the Channel 5 soap.
Luckily for the soap star duo, they share a close friendship away from the soap, with Kyle admitting his co-star is “really great” to work with on set.

“I annoy her so much!” he exclusively told Daily Star. “No but we’re really good friends and I’ve learned a lot from her.”
Kyle continued: “She’s a script nerd, she will decipher the whole script and I will have mine highlighted and that’s about it.
“She’s really great to work with but I do find at times that I’m almost just one of her really annoying mates.”
The TV star admitted he jumps at the opportunity to “stitch” Kirsty up on social media when she believes no one is looking.
“I love to catch her out on things,” he laughed. “If she’s doing something stupid and she doesn’t think anyone’s watching her I always get my phone and film her.
“Then later on I’ll put it on my social media and completely stitch her up.”
Gushing over their friendship, Kyle added: “But we get along really well. She’s awesome to work with and she’s like a sister so it’s really good.”
Despite their sibling-like relationship, that doesn’t stop Kirsty from going all out when it comes to their love scenes.
Kyle explained: “There was this really funny moment the other day where Kirsty text me and she goes, ‘Hey dude, I thought next scene that we kiss, lets get it really spicy. Maybe you pick me up and drag me into the room’.
“I was like, ‘Yep, no worries’. I showed my mate and was like, ‘This is work talk,” and he was like, ‘I don’t know how you do it’,” the actor laughed.
