Helen Flanagan has revealed she cried when producers took her phone off her during her original stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! back in 2012.
The 32-year-old Corrie star appeared on series twelve of I’m A Celeb back in 2012, but now she’s back again for the all-stars version of the hit ITV show.
But this time, Helen has vowed not to be so scared when she appears on the show, called I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, kicking off Monday (April 24) at 9pm.

Speaking ahead of the show, she said: “I didn’t have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia.
“I want to make my children proud when I take part this time.”
Insisting she’s grown up after 10 years, she said: “It’s going to be different. I was only 22 back then and I am 32 now.
“I have grown up a lot and I’ve had three children and I’ve gone through three labours.
“I want to go back on I’m A Celebrity to be a better version of myself. I want to do a lot better than the first time around and I want to give the trials a go.”
“I want to make myself proud.”
She added: “I am nervous about leaving my children whilst I gooff and film the series but I’ve made them little cards to open for when I am away.”
Helen shares three young children with her former partner Scott Sinclair, daughters Matilda and Delilah and son Charlie.
The brand new version of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! kicks off on ITV1 and ITVX in less than two weeks, with hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly back at the helm.
But rather than a bunch of nervous celebrities taking part, the cast for this series are all past contestants – and it seems they’ve got something to prove.
The full cast was announced earlier this year, with Helen, Carol, Shaun and Paul joined by: Amir Khan, Fatima Whitbread, Janice Dickinson, Jordan Banjo and Phil Tufnell.
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa launches on ITV1 and ITVX on Monday, April 24 at 9pm.
