Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, the former glamour model said: “It’s really strict.
“They only let you take in I think two sets of underwear and two sets of bikinis. That’s literally it.”
She went on: “They give you the toothpaste, shampoo, hair brush and whatnot.
“They’re really basic and not that great but that’s it.”
Of course, the celebrities are allowed to take in one “luxury” item with them, which many use as a way to remind them of home.
Nicola told us: “I took in a mascara for mine but I also snuck in some other bits of makeup as well, that actually I didn’t even end up using when I was in there.”

Earlier in this series, Gillian McKeith came clean and confessed that she’d smuggled a number of items in, while Myleene Klass Paul Burrell revealed they had too.
Gillian, 63, revealed she’d brought in some salt and pepper in her “spicy knickers”, before then bringing out loads of other items including five bags of miso soup powder, stock cubes, tea bags, cumin powder and rock salt.
She did the exact same thing during her first go in camp in 2010, when she was caught trying to smuggle in seasonings.
However Paul and Myleene told campmates they’d brought some salt in with them too.
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa concludes Friday night (May 12) at 9pm on ITV
