Jamie Foxx used to romp “for 30 minutes every day” to “stay in shape” before his body was ravaged by a health scare earlier this year.
The Hollywood actor was hospitalised in Atlanta, Georgia in April 2023 for an unspecified health condition, with his family announcing he had suffered a “medical complication”.
Jamie admitted he “went through hell and back” amid his battle, telling fans: “I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying and cracking a joke, doing a movie [or] television show.

He added: “I went to hell and back, and my road to recovery had some potholes as well, but I’m coming back and I’m able to work, so I want to thank the people who let me work, and I just want to say that I love everybody and I love all the love that I got.”
But more than a decade before, Jamie was having sex for half an hour daily as a type of workout.
He told the New York Daily News: “We should all do something for 30 minutes every day to get the heart pumping. I make love to stay in shape.”

The Ray actor added at the time: “I love a beautiful girl that I can have a conversation with. And a good a** – big and round.”
It’s not the only time Jamie has dished on his sex life, confessing to Ellen DeGeneres that he’s a “member of the mile high club” and enjoys going commando.
He explained: “I don’t wear underwear all the time. It’s not a bad thing. I’m just a natural person so sometimes when I’m working on stuff…”

Jamie also joked: “Am I member of the mile high club, that means you get high when you’re in the plane? Yes, I smoke. I smoke it up!”
But then he got serious and confessed: “Yes, I am,” to the question.
He’s also not afraid to strip off on-screen, and in the 2017 TV comedy White Famous, could be seen romping with a female co-star, both moaning in delight.
The show was loosely based on Foxx’s own life and career from being a young stand-up comedian.
