Jeremy Clarkson admitted Kaleb Cooper stormed off Diddly Squat and left for a week after listening to the TV presenter’s “stupidest idea yet”.
The former Top Gear host, 62, has revealed his newest plans for his humble farm in the heart of Chipping Norton which made his land agent “roll his eyes” and his co-star, 24, leave the county.
In his latest column, the TV presenter explained that he had become a pig farmer despite a wave of opposition from his fellow employees with decades more experience than him.

Recalling his uncomfortable business meeting, he told his readers: “Cheerful Charlie Ireland, my land agent, says this is the stupidest idea I’ve had yet and wants no part of it.”
But he wasn’t the only one who disagreed with Jeremy’s latest plan, as Kaleb decided to pack his bags and leave Chipping Norton for the week to get his head around the new transition on the farm.
He added: “Kaleb was so unpleased that he got into his pick-up truck and went to Cornwall for a week.”
The Grand Tour star went on to explain why he felt his decision was “logic and sound” as he laid out his plan for the pigs in his latest article for The Times.
He suggested that pigs are “much cheaper” to buy than other livestock, including cows or sheep which he worked with during the first series.
Jeremy went on to argue that large broods the pigs would produce would be much more financially beneficial to the farm, describing how pigs “hosed out” piglets like “machinegun bullets”.
The presenter continued: “You buy ten pigs for a few quid and three months later you have ten million. That’s profit, right there. Pure, naked profit.”

But that didn’t win over his land agent even after he explained his idea in full, explaining: “Charlie responded to this argument by rolling his eyes and going home which meant that Lisa and I had to spend a week or two learning an all-new language: pig.”
It comes after the dad-of-three latest project comes after reports that his Diddly Squat Farm shop temporarily closed for this month.
Prime Video has revealed that Clarkson’s Farm will return on February 10 2023.
