Actor Kevin Costner has gone to court in a bid to get his estranged wife out of their home.
The Dances With Wolves star has started the legal process after Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce last month.
Kevin, 68, says that under the terms of their prenuptial agreement, Christine had 30 days to leave following her divorce filing, which was made on May 1.

But the Oscar winner says she has refused to budge – even though he’s given her the equivalent of more than £1m to find her own place.
According to TMZ, the Robin Hood actor has told the court that he thinks Christine, 49, is remaining at the home as part of an attempt to get him to give into “various financial demands”.

Despite the stand-off, Kevin says he is open to offering further financial support to his soon-to-be ex, including more than £20,000 a month to help Christine pay her rental costs and another £8,000 for her moving costs.
The pair have three kids – Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13.
According to the documents shown to the court, Kevin remains the sole owner of the couple’s three family homes, and the pre-nup apparently states that Christine agreed she would leave if they ever divorced.

Kevin and former model and designer Christine first hooked up in 1998, and they exchanged their wedding vows at his Colorado ranch in 2004.
After news of the divorce proceedings was announced, Kevin’s rep said: “It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage.”

According to People magazine, The Bodyguard star “wasn’t shocked” at the development but it still came as “an unpleasant surprise”.
A source said: “This is not what he wanted. He knew that Christine was unhappy, though.”
Kevin’s other kids are Annie, 39, Lily, 36, and Joe, 35, with ex-wife Cindy Silva, and Liam, 27, with former girlfriend Bridget Rooney.
