Louise Redknapp showed she’s still got it as she flaunted her killer abs during a workout.
The former Eternal star turned 48 in November 2022 but she looked years younger as she put herself through her paces during a post-Christmas exercise session.
A video shared on Instagram showed the star looking svelte in skintight leggings as she stretched her leg, which was elevated and held in a padded brace.

Her black top was cropped, showcasing her incredible figure as she clutched a bar above her.
Mum-of-two Louise wore her choppy bob swinging loose around her face and had a baseball cap perched on top of her head as she flexed her leg muscles.

“Well after yesterday first day back doing anything I’m feeling it today, a gentle stretch,” she told fans.
Louise is a firm favourite on Instagram, where she has a whopping 765,000 followers.
She regularly shares snaps of her glam life and wowed fans this week with one of her looking sultry in animal print.
The shot showed the star serving up an intense stare as she modelled a high-necked, long-sleeved leopard print top, with her hair in a sleek ponytail.
