Molly Marsh has just been axed from the Love Island villa, but she shouldn’t have too much trouble getting into some glitzy celeb events after the show.
That’s because the 21-year-old TikTok star has rubbed shoulders with lots of celebrities, including Love Island’s biggest success story Molly-Mae Hague.
The performer was brutally dumped from the Island on Friday (June 23) after returning bombshell Kady McDermott chose to couple up with Zach by the firepit.

Molly, who revealed she’d wait for former flame Zach, has just broken her silence on Instagram, squashing rumours that she was returning to the villa as a Casa Amor bombshell by confirming she’d landed back in the UK.
With fans still in shock that Molly has left the villa, Daily Star has rounded up Molly’s famous links.
Soap star mum
Soap fans might recognise Molly’s mum Janet Marsh from Coronation Street as she’s played three roles on the UK’s longest-running soap.
Her first appearance was as a nurse back in 2005, before playing a receptionist at the Scott-Roe Clinic in March 2008.
She later returned to the show in 2009 when she played an ITV nurse in addition to several appearances as an extra.
And her acting experience doesn’t end there, as she’s starred on shows including Still Open All Hours, Where The Heart Is, Bodies and In The Dark.
She has also been in several theatre productions and even went on to do some voice acting work for CBBC.
And it appears as though her mother’s acting abilities have been passed down to her daughter, who was almost cast in a Channel 4 soap.
Speaking to The Sun, she revealed: “Molly would love to be on a soap. She did an audition recently for Ackley Bridge and was at the final stages.”
Molly-Mae
Molly knows former Islanders, because she posed for a stunning snap with villa icon Molly-Mae at a PrettyLittleThing (PLT) launch in October 2021.
The pair could be seen smiling together at the glitzy event before Molly stepped down from her role as PLT’s Creative Director.
Captioning the snap, she wrote: “Feel so grateful to have attended the most amazing event last night! @mollymae @beauty_worksonline @alphatalent.”
It’s unknown whether or not Molly got any villa tips from the star, but some fans reckoned it suggested Molly was an “industry plant”.
Maura Higgins
Molly Mae-Hague is not the only bombshell that Molly Marsh has met, because she also met fan-favourite Maura Higgins at a Christmas party in January 2022.
Fans will remember how Dancing on Ice star Maura caused havoc when she rocked up as a bombshell and tried to steal Tommy from Molly on the show before becoming best pals with the pair.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “Camera roll photo dump of me being overly happy to meet these gorgeous people!!!”
And she was also spotted with Love Island 2020’s winter star Siannesse Fudge.
Olivia Attwood
She even interviewed show legend Olivia Attwood, who starred on Love Island in 2017 and became a series regular on The Only Way Is Essex.
Molly, who told Daily Star she’d like to pursue presenting after the show, asked her “quick fire questions” to promote Olivia’s BBC Three series Getting Filthy Rich.
Leah Taylor
When Leah Taylor waltzed into the villa as a bombshell with Charlotte Sumner earlier in the series, Molly revealed that she knew Leah and that they were “friends.”
We’re not too sure when they last met up, though, because Molly noted that Leah had “changed her hair.”
The pair both hail from Manchester and follow each other on Instagram, and they even work under the same management team.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV1 and ITVX at 9pm
