However, despite their seemingly unwavering confidence, the charismatic twins revealed that they often have to put on a brave face during photoshoots.

Eve opened up to MailOnline, confessing: “I feel like although we come across very confident on shoots, inside I’m like thinking, ‘Oh my God, I don’t feel it!'”

Jess added: ”For the shoot, we were literally in the bathroom, and we gave ourselves a pep talk and said, ‘Right, let’s go out and be confident and just do this!'”

During their time on Love Island, the twins, who were both students and VIP hostesses, experienced contrasting journeys.

Eve’s stay in the villa lasted a mere six days, while Jess fought her way to the end, securing the coveted fourth place alongside her partner, Ched Uzor.

Jess admitted she has “blurred” memories from her time in the South African villa and said the experience was much more “intense” than she thought it would be.

She told the Daily Star: “When we went in there, we were 20, and I was quite naive and when you do go in there it is so much more intense than you think.’

Jess, who made it to the show’s final, said they were both ‘drained’ after leaving the villa but admitted she was still glad that she went on the show.

Eve added: ‘It’s kind of ruined the show a little bit, I definitely don’t watch it how I used to watch it.’

Her sister Eve, who left the villa early in the series, admitted that neither of them can watch Love Island in the same way since they appeared on the ITV2 dating show.

Fast forward to the present day, and the Gale twins have become Instagram sensations, captivating their millions of devoted followers with an unending stream of envy-inducing snapshots.

They have posed in Dubai, Santorini and Mykonos in Greece and Tulum in Mexico – posing in outfits from their various brand deals.
