Love Island fans were left furious on tonight’s episode (March 8) when the show cut to an advert break just seven minutes into the opening episode.
As the episode kicked off its classic baby episode, which sees the islanders take care of their own tot, the episode took a break for advertisements after seeing just minutes of the islanders chatting about Casey’s exit and airing some uneventful scenes.
Fans were enraged that the show had to stop for commercials so early on.

Viewers expressed their frustration on Twitter, dubbing the show “pathetic.”
“An ad break at 9:07. Jesus wept,” said one viewer.
Another added: “Barely 7 minutes in and we already have an ad break. Pathetic!”
The episode then showed the islanders meeting their new babies as they pulled them from their cribs.
After spending some quality time with their new additions, the boys were excited to learn that they were leaving the villa on a boys trip.
But their celebrations soon turned sour after they were then told they would be taking the babies with them.
The girls began cheering at the prospect of a pamper day as the boys headed out to a play area and were seen playing on the merry go round and slides with their babies.
As the girls enjoyed some time alone, Tanya was seen chatting with Lana by the pool where they discussed her and Shaq being in the bottom two alongside Jessie and Will.
Fans immediately blasted Tanya after she began trashing the fact that Kai and Sanam were not in the bottom two, despite being a newer couple.
“Tanya focus on your baby instead of kai and sanam,” blast one viewer.
“Tanya baby… Sanam is drama free, doesn’t slag people off behind their back, is the kindest girl in there and is coupled up with the nicest lad in there… of course they’re our faves <3,” added another.
“Tanya obvs seems to have some kind of beef with Kai and Sanam. Why does she keep having their names in her mouth? That she is surprised we love them as a couple over her and Shaq shows how disconnected they are, lol” a third added.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
