Love Island's AJ Bunker breaks down in tears after losing fight to OnlyFans star

AJ Bunker burst into tears in an emotional video just days after she lost in a fight against OnlyFans star Astrid Wett.

Over the weekend, the former Love Island star took on the adult model in her third boxing match for the title of influencer flyweight.

But despite showing promise in the first half of the match, Bunker was narrowly beaten by a majority decision to hand her the second defeat of her career.

It’s fair to say it was an emotional match for the pair after Wett also burst into tears as the final bell rang which soon turned into tears of joy as she was crowned the queen of the division.

Now, the reality star has shared an emotional response to the loss, as she took to her Instagram Story to share a tearful message after assessing the weekend’s event.

She told her 116,000 followers: “I really wanted to take that belt home and I had all my family and friends there to support me.

“Just to not be able to get that win is the worst feeling in the world. Obviously, I’m really happy for Astrid, but it just doesn’t take away from the fact that I feel so s**t about it.

“I just feel like I could have done so much better. But I do want to say a big thank you to the people who have been sending really supportive messages.”

The TV star later addressed the running bet she had with the X-rated model which included changing her name on her social media accounts to AJ Flunker after losing the devastating match.

She added: “Like you don’t understand how much that means to me right now. And to the people that are saying ‘change your name’ I am going to do it now and change my name to AJ Flunker to be fair.

“It should happen because I lost the bet and it was a bet that I made and I am a woman of my word. I really appreciate Misfits for giving me the opportunity but I really feel I could have done better.

“I know I am so much better than the performance. I am going to come back and I am going to do it by watching it back and learning from my mistakes.”

Bunker was hoping to become champion and take one step closer to securing a rematch with her bitter rival Elle Brooke.

But it appears as though that match may not go ahead, with Wett open to steal that opportunity to schedule a meeting of her own with Brooke.

And it’s fair to say the queen didn’t waste any time outside of the ring as she immediately made a call to fight her rival next, but it remains unclear if plans can be put back in place for AJ and Astrid.

After her impressive win, Astrid admitted: “The weight class is difficult. If you want the belt, you’ll come down. If you win a belt at your weight, I’ll have to come up.

“So yeah, I’m happy with mine. I was very confident. I trained so hard for this and was so well conditioned.

“I’m very proud of myself. If AJ wants to prove she’s on my level – she was very close – I’m more than happy for a rematch. I’m looking forward not backwards.”
