Olivia Bowden was forced to spend 24 hours in hospital after a nasty injury during her lavish holiday in Marbella.
On Thursday (June 1), the former Love Island winner took to Instagram to share her unfortunate accident with her loyal legion of fans online.
The ITV star, 29, jetted overseas to celebrate her friend’s hen do with plans to dance the night away with a bottle of fizz.

But things took a turn when she was rushed to hospital to get an X-ray on her injured wrist after spending more than four hours in the waiting room.

Although the blonde bombshell didn’t reveal how she sustained the injury, Olivia confirmed that she had broken her wrist when she updated her followers with a snap of her arm in a sling.
Olivia captioned the post: “A broken wrist. Gutted doesn’t cover it [sad emoji, heartbroken emoji]” as she rested her injured wrist.
The reality star was forced to go return to the UK where she received further treatment on her arm.

She later shared a sweet snap of her with her one-year-old son Abel who comforted her with a loving cuddle.
But that didn’t stop the blonde beauty from making the most of the glorious British weather, as she shared a glamorous snap of herself in a red-hot one-piece in a stunning mirror selfie.
She sent fans wild as she posed up a storm in a slashed red swimsuit which she teamed with a matching red sarong.

The doting mum accessorised her ensemble with several gold necklaces and pushed her golden tresses back into a sleek low bun at the nape of her neck.
She finished the look with a full face of makeup which celebrated her youthful glow with a pinch of blush on her cheeks.
The TV star added a soft wash of brown eyeshadow to her lids, lashings of mascara to her fluttery lashes and a swipe of nude pink lipstick topped with lip gloss.

Olivia gave fans a closer look at the artwork that decorated her body, including an intricate chest tattoo which complimented the smaller inkwork which was dotted along her arms.
She captioned the post: “We did it” as she pointed to her wrist which was now wrapped in a black bandage to protect it for the rest of her holiday.

The disappointing injury will have come as a blow to Olivia who has been preparing to take part in a horse race later this year.
She revealed to fans last month that she had a “wobble” during training, writing: “I cried to a couple of members of the team & to y trainer on the phone. What am I doing? Am I mad for this?
“I just felt like I couldn’t do it, the anxiety that morning was crippling, especially for someone who suffers with such confidence issues.”

But Olivia persevered and was determined to get back in the saddle, adding: “I got back on, big girl knickers ON & remembering why I’m doing this!
“Look we’re trying to prove that anything is possible as a woman if you give her the tools. So I’m picking the tools back up & I am doing this, no matter how scared I am or how hard it gets. I know I’ll miss it all when it’s over!”
