Samie Elishi has broken her social media silence following her heartbreaking split from Tom Clare.
The former Love Island stars sparked rumours of their separation earlier this week, with the semi-professional footballer confirming the devastating news on his Instagram story.
The 23-year-old sportsman wrote: “I didn’t think I’d be writing this but me and Samie have gone our separate ways…

“We are still on good terms and I have nothing but love and respect for her. I’m gutted it’s come to an end but I truly wish Samie the best.”

Now, the brunette beauty, 22, has returned to social media following their announcement, however the star is yet to address their break-up online.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Samie shared a snap of herself after filming a video for her YouTube channel.
She informed fans that her next video will be slightly delayed, as she reassured fans she will be posting the highly-anticipated video tomorrow instead.

Samie wrote: “Guys sorry my YouTube video will be going live tomorrow instead of this evening” as she shared a link to her channel.
It was previously reported that Tom and Samie decided to call quits on their relationship after they struggled to make things work long-distance, with Samie being based in London and Tom living in Macclesfield.
Before Tom confirmed the news, a source told The Sun: “Samie and Tom have sadly decided to call it a day.

“There is a lot of love and respect there but it just wasn’t going anywhere. The distance between them was too much and they are both really focused on their careers post Love Island.”
The insider continued: “Ahead of their split, Tom and Samie appeared on fellow ex-islander Chloe Burrows’ new YouTube show together, where they discussed their time on the show.”
In the cheeky interview, Chloe asked the former couple: “Did you go on Love Island for love or did you go on for exposure?” to which Samie replied: “I’m going to be hones, mine was the second one. I didn’t expect to meet anyone.”

Tom added: “I think mine was I really wanted to meet someone, but in the first two weeks I was like, ‘I’m stuffed here, there’s no one for me’.”
Samie then questioned whether anyone really goes on the ITV2 reality show to find love before Tom hit back with: “It’s f***ing Love Island!”
Since leaving the villa, Tom has been busy working on his career after he announced his deal with eBay.
And it appears as though he has the support of his bestie Casey as the pair were seen working on a new project together as he shared a clip of the pair working together on Instagram, which he captioned: “Shooting with @ebay-uk today.”
