Made in Chelsea star opens up on ‘throuple’ as couple welcome model into relationship

Made in Chelsea are set to air their first-ever male throuple storyline.

Joel Mignott and Robbie Mullett will be seen sharing an intimate kissing scene with hunky newcomer Geronimo Mörtl in upcoming scenes.

The couple will open up their relationship in the new series of the E4 reality show filmed in Corsica, which kicks off on Sunday (August 13).

They met single model Geronimo while filming in France for six weeks.

During the show, Joel and Robbie, who are in a committed relationship, kiss each other and then Geronimo as the couple explore their sexual boundaries on camera.

Speaking to Daily Star and other press, Joel explained: “I think we’re just exploring consensual non-monogamy a little bit more.

“We’re dipping our toes into what maybe an open relationship could look like for us.

“Geronimo is definitely a lubricator and gets the party started.”

“It’s difficult but it’s obviously exciting at the same time.”

Joel admitted that he’s “proud” of the scenes and that he said he wishes he had that representation on screen when he was younger.

“I’m so proud to be able to show it,” he said.

“It’s hard barely your soul on camera but if I had that as a young, gay person growing up it would have helped me.”

Made in Chelsea became the first reality series to screen a same-sex wedding after Ollie Locke and husband Gareth tied the knot back in 2020.

Ollie also discovered his sexuality on the show, later coming out as gay and the couple are now expecting twins via surrogate.

They have since left the E4 show and will instead document their journey to fatherhood with weekly episodes for an online series.

The upcoming series has been described as the most “savage” ever and Joel added that the fallout continued when the gang returned back to London.

He revealed: “We’re still living the drama.

“Post-Corisca is savage.”
