“I’ve forgotten the words, I’ve choked, I’ve tripped over and I think when it first happens to you, it’s the worst thing ever.”
Mae added: “But now honestly, what’s the worst that’s going to happen, I’m going to forget the words and then what? Nothing is going to happen, no one cares.
“So now, when that does happen to me, I just laugh it off because I’m a big believer that if I am having fun, everyone else is having fun too.
“Because I’ve done everything you can on stage, in terms of messing it up, it doesn’t scare me anymore, it doesn’t matter.”
Mae’s comments come after she accidentally flashed her assets on stage during a performance at Birmingham Pride.
The singer took to the stage during the event in a stunning bright pink dress with a thigh-high split as she performed her hit song I Wrote A Song.
But as she jumped around on stage, her assets made a bid for freedom, leaving Mae yo have to quickly adjust her dress to protect her modesty.
But true to her word, the singer kept her cool and laughed off the blunder as she carried on with her set like a pro.
Mae later addressed the blunder on Twitter as she wrote: “Birmingham pride u were STUNNING! THE BEST CROWD EVER!
“And my entire t*t came out on stage! She was jumpin around without a care in the world but u know what it’s Pride so it’s fine.”
