Margot Robbie is still scared of auditions after wild blunder while ‘off her head’

Margot Robbie revealed that she once suffered a terrible yet hilarious audition after accidentally taking a double dose of painkillers.

The 32-year-old Hollywood actress admitted that she still gets terrified of auditions, and it all stems from the incident where she was high on meds.

Having undergone day surgery the previous day, the Babylon actress was still in pain on the morning of her audition, when a friend offered her the medicine they were prescribed after a root canal.

“When he said, ‘Take two’ I thought he meant to take two as the dosage, but he really meant to take two just in case I needed another one later,” she told The Sun.

She continued: “I woke up and I was getting ready for this audition, didn’t get time to eat breakfast so, on an empty stomach, I had two [painkillers]. I’m driving and halfway there I was suddenly like, ‘Oh my God, what a lovely day it is!’”

The actress revealed that when she reached her auditions, she realized that she was high.

“I was off my head. It was a terrible audition, I’m sure!” Margot added.

She further revealed that she had a driving test right afterward the auditions for her American license but she was still high from the painkillers.

“I was going for my driving test right afterwards to get my American licence and I was like, ‘I am not OK, I cannot do a driver’s test’.

“Fortunately my friend worked at Sony, which is where I was doing the audition, and I ran to her office and was like, ‘Can you give me food or something? I think I’m high. I’m not sure but I think I’m high, help me’. It was hilarious.”
