Melissa Suffield has been praised for her latest Instagram snap as she celebrated her curves.
The former EastEnders actress who played a young Lucy Beale took to Instagram to share another body positive post as she lounged on her bed in a bright blue lingerie set.

Melissa regularly pushes for body positivity through her Instagram feed, and her latest post has quickly become a favourite amongst her fans.
As the beauty posed in the set, she opted for a subtle swipe of makeup as she oozed natural beauty and tugged at her blonde locks while flashing a smile to the camera.

She displayed her curves in two separate photos which saw her posed slightly differently as she told her followers: “Spot the difference”.
Sharing the side by side snaps, she wrote: “Both me. Both fine. Both normal. Both honest. Both just near identical moments captured 5 seconds apart.”
Melissa explained that a photo “can tell a thousands stories”, before telling her followers that nobody should be comparing their lives to others on social media.

She said: “With me, if you’re going to compare, I’m going to make sure you’re not comparing against anything fake. What you see in that moment is what you get.”
The star added: “Follow accounts that offer you value, either through lifting your mood, improving your self esteem or teaching you something. Get rid of ones that make you feel crap about yourself. Show yourself that love today.”
Melissa was immediately hit with loving comments as one person wrote: “Love this and it is so true,” while another said: “Stunning.”
A third added: “You are just AMAZING,” while a fourth said: “No difference, still beautiful.”

Melissa focuses her account on body confidence as she declares in her bio that she’s “keeping it real” and vows to be her followers’ “personal hype girl”.
Although she started her career as Lucy Beale on the BBC One soap, she’s now a writer, speaker and content creator all in favour of body positivity and parenting.
Melissa currently boasts 56,000 followers on Instagram who support her positivity-led posts online.
