Weight loss champion Casey King has girls flocking to date him after shedding an eye-watering 41 stone after his stint on My 3000lb Family.
The TLC reality star used to be so big he’d have to bathe in an outdoor trough, and found clothes so restricting due to his size that he would sit around naked all day rather than face getting dressed.
With a starting weight of 800lbs (57 stone) and aged 34, Casey’s dad would have to wipe his bum for him and clean him up after going to the bathroom.

But now Casey is living an active dating life and looks totally transformed.
Opening up in an exclusive chat with Daily Star, Casey confessed that before help from bariatric surgery, sex “didn’t exist”.
“Women, sex, relationships, dating, marriage – it became a non-factor when I was that big. I never thought about it, I never thought it was gonna happen. It was literally like it doesn’t exist. It was like doing a backflip, speaking another language,” he admitted.
But after the show, his Instagram and YouTube accounts began to grow, and the compliments started flooding in.
“I’d get messages saying, ‘Hey, you’re cute, hey, you’re funny, you’re really cute now’.
“The amount of compliments I have gotten since the show, it is unbelievable. Just being told you’re attractive is so… it’s great! I want to cry. It’s so nice. Food is good, but let me tell you, dating is great. Women are pretty, they smell great, it’s fun to be around them.
“It’s like this whole world opened that I never thought was going to exist. I love being liked, I love getting attention.”
Despite his active dating life, Casey has still never had an official girlfriend.
He said: “I’ve been close a couple of times. I have been in long-term, super long-distance relationship type things a couple of times.

“There was a girl in Portugal I talked to every single day – we liked each other but her real life caught up and she met a guy locally. There was a girl in Malaysia who sent me gifts, we’d talk all the time for two and a half years, all through Covid.
“There was a girl from Canada…”
But his struggle with body image didn’t end with the compliments, as Casey went on to say: “The people I was talking to, in my opinion, were way out of my league.
“They were so pretty and attractive but they’ve most likely been attractive and pretty their whole lives! I literally am just now, for the past year and a half getting told I’m handsome, cute, attractive.
“I still wake up thinking I look like a bucket of yuck. I still wake up not liking the way I look. With clothes on, we manage and I can dress okay – but it’s odd hearing people find me attractive.
“You can only go on so many days having everyone tell you you’re attractive before you have to start believing, Hey, I look okay!'”
