Nicki Minaj has pinpointed the precise moment she decided to get her breasts reduced after her “ti**ies” wouldn’t stop “spilling out”.
The Trinidadian-born rapper, who turned 41 on Friday (December 8), is known for her hourglass figure and daring outfits. But last year, Nicki had an epiphany when looking in the mirror as her boobs wouldn’t stay put.
Rewind to 2022’s prestigious Met Gala and the Super Bass singer said her all-black Burberry outfit “cemented” her decision to get a breast reduction. “I just realised just this moment that actually there was something good that came out of this,” she revealed while looking at a picture of her from that night during “Life In Looks” with Vogue.

“It’s what really cemented the fact for me that I had to get my breast reduction.”
Nicki was in awe of her outfit which consisted of a feathery bustier gown which showed off her famous curves, leather leggings and a matching cap. But she quickly realised it would be tricky to ensure her breasts played ball.
“I said, ‘You guys, listen, look these boobs are gonna be spilling out,’” she recalled. “And by the time we were ready to go, I looked in the mirror, I said, ‘Guys, my boobs are still spilling out.’”
Back in May, Nicki lifted the lid on her sultry display and one recurring wardrobe malfunction which happened on the red carpet. “The only unplanned thing about my look is my boobs popping out, because they made my cup size a little small,” she quipped.
“Enjoy these ti**ies, ’cause y’all ain’t gonna see that ever again,” she added, in what at the time felt like a cheeky, throwaway statement.
But Nicki is a woman of her word, and in June, she showed off her smaller bust as she bore her cleavage on camera. “New boobs, who dis,” she wrote in the comment section of her post.
