One of the most famous film extras in the world says she was invited to a threesome with two major Hollywood stars.
Jill Goldston, now 80, has worked with plenty of Hollywood legends over the years. She’s starred in Flash Gordon, Little Shop of Horrors, Aliens and Supergirl – but always in the background. She even broke the Guinness World Record for “the most appearances by an extra/background actress”.
Now the actress has opened up to The Guardian about her incredible career – which involved plenty of propositions from A-listers. She was even invited to a “three-way” during filming for 1981 flick Reds – where Jill was playing a dancing woman.

Jack Nicholson was starring, and Warren Beatty was directing and acting – and both men apparently wanted Jill in bed with them. She claims they took time to “proposition her for a three-way”.
But Jill let them down gently, explaining to the publication: “It might have ended more than friends. But not with Jack Nicholson as well! I said: ‘Sorry, no. I’m happily married!’”
She also ended up involved in shooting love scenes with Timothy Dalton, who apparently didn’t get on with his co-star at the time. She explained: “He didn’t get on with his co-star Joanne Whalley, so I had to do the love scenes with him. I used to pray, ‘Please, God, don’t let my hands sweat when he holds them!’”
Jill says she was warned she might “get eaten alive” in the acting industry, she found it a “breeze” – despite bizarre rules laid out on set. She went on: “We’ve been told: ‘Tom Cruise is about to come on set. Please do not make eye contact.’”
But: “Films would be very boring without extras. You’d get on the tube train, and there’d be no one else in it!”
Wanting a threesome might not be the most bizarre sex request Nicholson has ever made. Kim Basinger once described the actor as “the most highly sexed individual I have ever met”. Biographer Marc Eliot says he liked to combine drugs and sex by dabbing cocaine on his penis to make him last longer in bed.
Eliot wrote: “By following what he’d heard about Errol Flynn, he learned that by putting a dab on the tip of his manhood, he could last longer, and, because of the way women reacted to that, he also believed it intensified the sensations for them.”

He wrote in the book Nicholson: “There was round-the-clock partying, drinks, drugs, sex, lots of tea (of the smoking kind), and beautiful, hot, willing girls who loved to get just as high as the boys and have a good time. The refrigerator never had any food in it. Just milk (for Jack’s sometimes sensitive stomach), beer, and pot in the freezer to keep it fresh.”
