Paddy McGuinness has hit back at claims he’s the unnamed BBC presenter accused of paying a teenager more than £35,000 for sexual explicit pictures.
The 49-year-old star revealed that he’d never pay that sort of money for a “w**k”.
The Sun reported on Friday (July 7) that an unnamed male BBC star allegedly paid more than £35,000 for the sordid pictures over a three-year period.

The presenter in question has since been suspended and has been taken off air.
As the public speculate who the males BBC star could be, Paddy has addressed the controversy in a new Instagram video.

The father of three kicked off the short clip saying: “Absolutely gorgeous day today.
“The perfect day for talking my youngest daughter’s stabilisers off her bike.
“There’s going to be tears and a few grazed knees but they’ve got to learn.”
He later went on to address the scandal currently surrounding the unnamed BBC presenter.
The Top Gear host continued: “All the while keeping my eye on what’s going on with this who’s the presenter malarky.

“I even saw a couple of k**bheads say it was me, me?
“There’s no way on God’s green earth i’d pay I’m paying £35,000 for a w**k. Not happening.
“With how long it takes me I work that our about a grand a stroke, that’s not value for money. Not happening in the slightest.
“£35,000 for polishing your trumpet, the mind boggles.

Fans rushed to leave a comment under Paddy’s video, with some branding his response “hilarious” and “brilliant”.
The teenager at the centre of the BBC controversy, who is now 20, has since said nothing inappropriate or unlawful happened with the unnamed male presenter and that the allegations were “rubbish”, their lawyer has said in a letter to the BBC.
The mother of the alleged recipient claims her child used the money to fund their addiction to crack cocaine and says she blames the presenter for “destroying her child’s life”.
She also claims to have first contacted the BBC about the allegations on May 19, 2023.

In a letter to the BBC, the lawyer wrote: “For the avoidance of doubt, nothing inappropriate or unlawful has taken place between our client and the BBC personality and the allegations reported in the Sun newspaper are ‘rubbish’.”
The letter from the lawyer also said that the young person sent a denial to the newspaper on Friday evening (July 7) via WhatsApp, in which they said the allegation was “totally wrong and there was no truth to it.”
The Sun has since hit back at the claims saying it had reported a story about concerned parents.
