Kate Ferdinand left fans concerned after showing off her baby bump on her luxury holiday with husband Rio.
The pregnant reality star is on a luxury getaway with former footballer Rio, their son and her three stepchildren.
Kate recently announced the couple were expecting their second child – a little girl – several months after suffering a miscarriage.

But before the arrival of the latest addition to their big brood, the whole family has jetted off for a fabulous beach holiday.

Kate, 31, shared some cute pictures of their getaway including some gorgeous baby bump snaps and Rio, 44, looking hunky on the sand.
But one image, in particular, made fans a bit worried and “gave them palpitations”.
She shared some footage of her stepson Tate, 13, doing bicep lifts using his brother Cree, two, as a weight, standing quite close to the edge of the balcony.

One fan said: “My anxiety of how close to the balcony them lifts are…”
Another agreed with: “Gave me the hibbie jibbies watching that video.”
A third joined in with: “The balcony one id of been going ‘be careful’ every time he lifted him I’m sweating watching.”
However, some fans could see the harmless side of it and stuck up for the former TOWIE star.
One joked: “Beautiful photos Kate, but quick take down the video, can’t have the children acting normal and doing normal stuff having a laugh before H&S police come for you!”

Kate is also stepmum to Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 11.
They are Rio’s kids with his late wife Rebecca, who died aged just 34 from breast cancer in 2015.
The former Manchester United player married Kate in 2019. She has spoken candidly about the challenges of having a blended family and previously said she felt she was “at the bottom of the pile”.

But having Cree has brought the family “closer”, Kate said and added to the Motherkind podcast: “When Cree came we were a bit nervous because he’s my first biological child so we didn’t know how he would fit into the mix.
“But it’s just been great and has brought us all closer. It’s just a crazy house, it’s full of fun and laughs and madness. I can’t shower in peace…
