Jo Wood has revealed she’s working on a follow-up to her book about life with the Rolling Stones – if she can remember what actually happened.
The ultimate rock chick released Stoned in 2019 which charted her 32-year relationship with Ronnie Wood via pictures and diary entries.

And she is working on another book – provided she can recall the details from her hard-partying days.
Jo says: “This is going to be called Too Stoned. I’ve got thousands more pictures and stories if I can remember them. We were partying too much.
“I used to keep a diary, and I thought, ‘Here’s my 1981 diary.’ I opened it up and it says January 1 and it reads, “Just woke up”, and there’s nothing else in it for the entire year.
“I woke up and started to party clearly.”
Jo got the Stones to approve the pictures in her previous book – and one band member asked for some to be removed.
She says: “I sent them to the boys and said, ‘Anything you want out – tell me.’ There were just a couple of pictures they didn’t think they looked nice enough. It was Keith actually.”
Jo, who turns 68 on March 15, admits she would like to find love again. She split from first husband Peter Greene in 1976 and met Ronnie the following year.
The pair wed in 1985 and have two children but divorced in 2009 after he had an affair with a 19-year-old cocktail waitress.
More recently she dated businessman Carl Douglas but the relationship ended in 2020.
Jo says: “I’d like to get married again – third time lucky! Although I’m getting a bit old now.
“I’m such a romantic. I’m not freaking out, thinking I need to marry a man but I love the thought of getting married again if the universe listens to me. I just haven’t met the right guy yet.”
Jo, who moved to rural Northamptonshire in 2019, also has no problem going for a younger man.
“I would go 15 years younger,” she says. “I don’t want to date somebody who doesn’t know about the music I grew up with. So I think 50s and up.”
Despite being signed up to celebrity dating app Raya, Jo would think twice about getting together with another rock star.
“I don’t know,” she says. “He would have to be a very special kind of guy.”
But the former model, who has her own Jo Wood Organics fragrance company, does receive attention on Instagram.
“There’s one particular man who sends me pictures of his willy,” she says. “I’ve blocked him. But people are normally really nice on my Instagram.”
Her and Ronnie’s son Tyrone, 39, met his girlfriend, American businesswoman Faye Harris, on Raya.
And in a meeting of rock dynasties, she’s also the daughter of an Iron Maiden star.
Jo says: “She makes fragrances and perfumes. And she is the daughter of Steve Harris – who is the guitarist in Iron Maiden. Isn’t that great?
“She’s such a lovely girl. She’s very down to earth and work driven. We all really like her.
“It’s been a while since we’ve had a family wedding. We need to get Ty married!”
After breaking her ankle falling down the stairs at Ronnie’s house last year, Jo is now fighting fit again and recently attended the late fashion designer Vivienne Westwood’s memorial service.
And just like the Stones, Jo has no plans to slow down any time soon.
She says: “The boys are still running around on stage, and they’re 10 years older than me, if not more.
“We’ve got presidents and prime ministers, and some of them are in their 80s, and they’re still doing it. I’m never going to retire. I don’t want to sit at home and do nothing.”
