“Why would I want to limit the number of relationships that I have? That doesn’t make sense to me as a woman who likes humans.”

“All of them don’t have to be sexual, but if some of them are, that’s great. I really enjoy connection and community.”

The star also explained that her relationships are about “connection” and not sex.

She said: “Some of the biggest misconceptions are that you are in it because you want to be a swinger and you just enjoy lots of sex.

“I think all humans enjoy sex and attention, but that’s not the whole purpose of polyamory.

“I’m in long-term committed relationships with several people.

“I could walk outside today and ask 100 men to have sex with me and 90 would say yeah.

“You know, sex is easy. Relationships are challenging.”

The star said she “loves” that TLC has shown “polyamory from a woman’s perspective. “

“The American male viewer is very afraid of this new feminine, but they better get used to it because we’re here to stay and show the men how we can nurture multiple partners successfully.”
