Strictly Come Dancing professionals Giovanni Pernice and Anton Du-Beke took their bromance to another level during the filming for their new three-part series, Adventures In Sicily.
During a chat with Jermaine Jenas and Ronan Keating on The One Show, Giovanni revealed that he calls Anton “the Godfather” as he explained the sweet meaning behind the unlikely tag.
“We’ve been trying to work out why you chose to work with Anton?” Jermaine cheekily asked, leaving Anton shocked.

“I’ll tell you why,” Giovanni said after the group finished laughing after Jermaine’s quip. “Since I arrived in the UK, Anton has always been the person to look after me,
“I used to call him and I still call him The Godfather,” he added.
“Tell them in Italian,” Anton demanded, proud of his new moniker. “See that!”
“I never speak Italian,” Giovanni after saying the translation, pointing out how special the favour was.
“I wanted to show him where I was born and yeah, we did have a good time didn’t we?” Giovanni asked.
“We had the best time, I can’t tell you but it was so lovely,” Anton sweetly replied.
In the three part series, viewers will follow Giovanni and Anton take to Giovanni’s hometown in Sicily.
The launch of their show comes shortly after Giovanni split from fellow Strictly professional Jowita Przystal after they find love in each other during last year’s show.
But a source close to the couple revealed that they found it “increasingly difficult” to carry on with their relationship due to their “hectic work schedules.”
“Giovanni and Jowita enjoyed a number of dates after the last series of Strictly and they got on really well,” they told the Sun.
“But as time has passed they have found it increasingly difficult to build on their relationship because of their hectic work schedules.”
