The White Lotus icons confirm wild real life relationship with public smooch

The White Lotus is known for the drama, the scandals and the on-screen smooches, and one pair of actors from the show have solidified their relationship with a very public one.

On-screen co-stars Meghann Fahy, who played Daphne, and Leo Woodall, who played Jack, have finally confirmed their relationship to the world after keeping their romance under wraps for months.

The White Lotus stars were seen kissing in New York City as they took a romantic moment to smooch under an umbrella while walking in the rain. It was reported that the pair stopped off at Zara and Sephora before eating lunch at Russ & Daughters.

Fahy, 33, looked very cosy as she huddled up to Woodall, 27, as he held the shade above them.

Their public PDA comes a year after rumours about romance between the pair began to crop up. Back in January, Meghann appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, who quizzed the star on the rumours. She responded with a rather sarcastic quip.

Fahy replied: “Oh, I don’t kiss and tell. Come on guys…for you, I’ll say sure. I’m just kidding, just because you wanted me to say it, so I said it.” She later added that the pair were “just friends”.

The couple starred in the HBO drama series together back in season two but they were never actually in any scenes together. Daphne and Jack had completely separate storylines, which meant that for most of the show Meghann and Leo were on opposite sides of the city.

Fahy’s character Daphne is an unhappy housewife who puts on a brave face to the world as she and her husband paint a picture of loyalty between them. The finale episode blew their storyline out of the water, but you’ll have to watch and find out – no spoilers here.

Throughout season two, Daphne and Jack’s paths never crossed

Woodall’s role as Jack saw him play a man hired by Quentin in an attempt to distract Tanya’s assistant Portia. Jack was supposed to take her around the country, soak up the sights and keep her away from Tanya as Greg hatched his evil plan – again, no spoilers.
