Tipping Point viewers have praised a contestant for “keeping cool” after she was “robbed” by the coin machine just moments before dropping her coin.
As player Julia joined players Kyle and Mark on the ITV show in a bid to win a £10k prize, she took on host Ben Shephard in the Q&A.
The flight attendant opted to go first in the trivia battle against Ben because there was a large cluster of coins sitting on the very edge of one of the drop zones – and she hoped the take advantage of that opportunity.

But as she was answering her questions and adding coins to her stash, the coin all fell down, leaving the packed drop zone looks pretty bare.
She was left dropping her coins into the machine without the advantage, with some saying she may not have opted to go first had that have happened before she started her Q&A
“She’s been robbed there #TippingPoint,” said one viewer.
“Bad luck if you choose to answer questions first and then there’s an ambient drop and you wished you’d waited!*!” said another.
While a third added: “Done well to keep cool after that ambient drop Klaxon.”
Julia did manage to make it through to the second round, booting off player Mark.
Contestant Kyle made an impressive comeback after he trailed behind the pair for the entire first round.
After a string of lucky drops, he soared into lead having sat with just £250 vs their £900+ prize pots.
In a sudden turn of events, Kyle finally took his turn at his Q&A and managed to bank a whopping £1350, taking him ahead of both Julia and Mark.
Kyle and Julia battled it out but Julia was unable to catch Kyle, sending him into the final.
Kyle was unable to get his jackpot counter over the edge having banked £2900.
He decided not to go for the trade, which would see him get three more counters and try to win the jackpot, or lose everything.
After choosing to take home the money, he was asked to play the three counters to see if he would have won, and much to his delight he was unable to land the counter.
