Petrolhead Richard Hammond loves his bike collection so much he talks to them in his barn.
The former Top Gear presenter has 21 classic machines but hates being parted from them so much he pops in for a chat.
Among his collection is an American 1946 Indian Chief, a huge 1,205cc cruising machine and the inspiration for the classic Chopper. And the 53-year-old said he missed one motorcycle so much after selling it he bought it back again because he couldn’t bear to lose it.

Richard keeps his collection at his country home in Herefordshire where he lives with wife Mindy and their two daughters.
He said: “I spend so much time in here just gawping at the bikes. When I come home after a long trip away filming I go into the house and say hello to Mindy and the girls, then I drift through into here and say hello to the bikes.”
Richard – nicknamed The Hamster – hosted hit BBC car show Top Gear with Jeremy Clarkson and James May from 2002 to 2015. But he admitted that motorbikes have always been his first love.
He said recently he rides slowly to avoid accidents after he almost died crashing a jet-powered car in 2006 on Top Gear.
He added: “I love bikes and biking too much to damage myself doing it.”
Discussing both his crash and Freddie Flintoff’s accident on Top Gear last year, Hammond previously said: “In all television programmes, if you’re taking risks you have to mitigate everywhere against those risks.
“But also we’ve all got to remember, and occasionally I’m reminded, just because we’re on TV doesn’t mean we’re in some sort of magic protected bubble. Real world things still apply.”
