1000lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton looked totally unrecognisable as she ditched her bra in a loose dress to pose with a pal.
Tammy, who originally tipped the scales at 725lbs, recently dropped 440 pounds and has gone on a road-trip with her friend Haley Michelle to celebrate her new healthy lifestyle. After a combination of bariatric surgery and food rehabilitation, Tammy looks incredible at just 285 pounds (20.3 stone).
Tammy looked slimmer than ever as she cuddled Haley beside a lake, with Tammy risking spilling out of an off-the-shoulder navy blue dress that looked too big for her shrinking frame. The effect left her huge floral tattoo over her right boob bare, as Tammy added purple butterfly clips in her hair and painted her lips a deep pink.

Wearing her usual glasses, Tammy wore silver earrings in each lobe and drew two tiny stars on each cheek while snuggling close to Haley, who let her blonde hair tumble in loose waves all down her shoulders. Haley’s own navy blue gown featured see-through mesh sleeves dotted with gold stars, and left her legs bare.

In her caption, Haley wrote: “Spiritual sisters, our powerful connection we don’t have to explain anything to anyone. You are my best friend.” She included the hashtags #SpiritualAwakening, #ParanormalPrincess and #SpiritualGrowth.
Fans went wild for the new snaps, as Tammy was forced to explain that the pair are “just best friends” when one curious fan quizzed if they were dating after the death of her estranged husband Caleb Willingham. One fan gushed: “You look fab!”

Another agreed: “Everyone needs their person. I am so happy you have found someone.” As a third fan echoed: “You look fire! This fills me with the best Stevie Nicks vibes.”
Earlier this week, Tammy and Haley slipped into swimsuits to lounge by the pool, with Tammy showcasing more of her trim figure than ever in a clinging blue one-piece decorated with mermaid scales. She spent 14 months at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Centre in Ohio to help her lose the weight, before undergoing bariatric surgery.

Sadly, though her own journey proved a success, Tammy was forced to say goodbye to her estranged husband Caleb, who fell ill while battling obesity himself. Tammy found out her husband was ill just 20 minutes before his death, through a text message from one of his friends.
She told People magazine: “I was sitting in the foetal position. I got a text message from his friend up there and the text said, ‘Caleb’s not doing good. They’re in there working on him.’ 20 minutes later he texted me back and said he was gone.”
