Ant McPartlin cheekily asked a guest on the show to “shut up” after they repeatedly messed up a challenge.
In a fun element on Saturday Night Takeaway, Ring My Bell, some audience members got the chance to bag themselves and their neighbour £500. The game involves their doorbell camera being shown on national TV while the contestant is in the studio audience.
Should a neighbour watching the show spot the location or person during the programme, they race over to the doorbell to chat through it. In a new twist this time, there were two different doorbell cameras on display simultaneously from two diverse locations.

Each neighbour had to race each other to the property with an object chosen by Ant and Dec. Whoever reached first with the item won the cash prize for themselves and the participant in the audience.
But due to the neighbours scattered throughout the country, they needed to rely on an earpiece and Ant and Dec giving directions to determine who was victorious.
The Mirror reported how the person ended up answering Ant’s questions over and over due to the earpiece.
Despite the neighbours in Wrexham winning Angela and themselves the money, it was the neighbour in Tividale who kept speaking instead of staying silent, as the lady in Wrexham struggled to hear. As Ant asked for the name of the person, the man in Tividale repeated his name.
As Ant asked him to be quiet and asked for the name of the other guest, he didn’t realise and then proceeded to repeat his name. With it being live telly, Ant had enough and shouted out “shut up” as the audience laughed.
The guest soon realised it wasn’t him who was meant to be speaking and stayed silent, while Dec advised winner Angela to spend her winnings on a new doorbell after an accident. As the girls racing to her camera got there, they collided with the doorbell and it seemed to fall out of place.
It’s the last few episodes of the popular TV show after Ant and Dec confirmed they’d be ending Saturday Night Takeaway for a while. The pair made the decision in a bid to spend more time with their families.
While Saturday Night Takeaway will be ending, Ant and Dec’s dynamic duo won’t be disappearing – they’re slated to host I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here together later this year and take on other telly roles too.
Saturday Night Takeaway can be watched on ITV1 and ITVX every Saturday night at 7pm.
