Britney Spears looked totally relaxed as she stripped to a hot pink bikini for a poolside video.
The Toxic songstress, 42, left very little to the imagination in a teeny two-piece, featuring frilled straps over each shoulder and a plunging neckline with a sharp gold V-shaped detail between her bust. Britney made personal history as she slipped into a pair of high-waisted pink bottoms featuring a trailing ribbon – and told fans she’d only ever worn low-rise bottoms before.
Donning a straw cowboy hat bordered with pink and green ribbon, Britney added a pair of dark brown shades to protect her eyes from the sun as she wriggled her bare feet while stripped almost bare on a sun lounger. She had a handy bottle of water by her side as she drank in the sun and the stunning scenery in front of her – with trees and mountains stretching beyond her private swimming pool.

Britney’s blonde curls fell loose around her shoulders as she tipped her hat to the camera, holding her phone high to snap a cute video. She captioned the post: “My first high waisted bathing suit. Feeling very Katie Holmes today. PS sun’s out buns out!”

She overlaid Beyoncé’s track Texas Hold ‘Em over the home movie, which attracted more than 200,000 likes from fans – though Britney made sure the comments were turned off.
It comes as Britney is set to go head-to-head against the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, as both their bestselling memoirs are up for a coveted book award. Both Harry’s Spare and Britney’s The Woman in Me are shortlisted for the British Book Awards Book of the Year.

Britney made a number of bombshell statements in her own memoir, including the revelation that she underwent an abortion when she fell pregnant with Justin Timberlake’s baby in the early 2000s. She admitted: “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy.
“I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young. I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby.”

One source claimed to the Daily Mail Justin hoped the baby would remain “their secret forever”, with one insider claiming: “Justin thought that the decision that they made was a decision made together and he intended to never talk about it and for it to be kept their secret forever.
“Now that Britney has mentioned it, and it will live forever in her book and whatever else she decides to mention, Justin is going to try not to say anything about it because he knows whatever he says from this point will likely be thrown back right at him.”
