Britney Spears has once again risked an Instagram ban by sharing three completely naked throwback snaps in quick succession.
The 42-year old treated her 42 million followers to a glimpse of her derriere as she posed on the beach. Standing sideways-on to the camera, the Toxic singer gazed over her left shoulder and covered her chest with her hands, but appeared more than happy for her fans to see her peachy behind.
Two of the three shots were identical – colour modification aside – with the third differing only in the sense that her blonde tresses weren’t windswept across her face. All the images were simply captioned with a flower emoji, meanwhile.

Moments before in a fourth post, meanwhile, the mum-of-two posted a short, but strange video of herself laying by her pool as she wiped her eyes and played with her hair.

In a bizarre caption to accompany the clip, Britney wrote: “Last night as I was laying in my heated pool looking at the stars, I was thinking I need a new face wash and because I’m so lazy I didn’t get up to wash my face or even consider looking up the next best thing. I took matters into my own hand and just like a cat… I licked my paws and smoothed my face back with my fingers… okay so when I went inside I rinsed.
She continued: “But the point is that the benefits of telling the truth are crucial. Be with people who know exactly what your truth is… not only do they have your back, they make you look soooooooo beautiful.”

As ever, Britney – who calls herself Xila Maria River Red on the platform – disabled comments to ensure there was no interaction from her legion of fans. It comes a week after Britney’s ex-husband broke his silence on the “real reason” behind their divorce.
He revealed: “It was a blessing to be able to share life with someone for a long time. And people grow apart and people move on.” In a chat with People magazine, Sam promised never to utter anything negative about his time with Britney. He explained: “I never understood when people part ways [and] they talk badly about each other.”
“That’s something I’m never going to do because I had nothing but an amazing experience and a great life, and that’s always going to be part of my life, a chapter of my life.” Sam cited irreconcilable differences when he initiated the divorce proceedings last year.
