Carol Vorderman looked nothing short of sensational in a dramatic throwback snap from her time on Loose Women more than 10 years ago.
The former Countdown star is known for her quick mind and signature blonde tresses. But over the years, the maths whizz has ventured over to the dark side when it comes to hairstyles.
On Thursday (January 11), the mum-of-two reminded her loyal legion of fans of her dramatic hair transformation with a snap from her time on the ITV daytime show back in 2013. The 63-year-old rocked a chocolate brown jumper which she layered over a black collared shirt.

Her chocolate tresses were styled in a voluminous blowout that saw her luscious locks cascade over her shoulders and perfectly frame her face. She complimented the look with her curtain bangs which she swept to either side.
Carol accessorised her ensemble with a large designer watch as she beamed to the camera. The TV star opted for a full face of makeup which celebrated her youthful glow with a pinch of blush on the apples of her cheeks and a touch of bronzer on the high points of her face.
She added a wash of brown eyeshadow on her lid which she topped with a thin banned of smudged black eyeliner and lashings of black mascara. The TV presenter finished the look with a swipe of nude pink lipstick on her signature pout which she topped with clear lip gloss.
It comes after the TV star announced her new hosting gig on LBC radio just months after she quit her BBC Radio Wales show after strict guidelines were implemented. The host has been sharing her political opinions on a regular basis in recent weeks, and with new guidelines restricting her from doing so, she decided her time was up.
Carol released a statement back in November confirming her exit and was flooded with support from her millions of fans online. Now, the blonde bombshell has announced her new Sunday afternoon show on the radio station.
Sharing a snap of herself sat behind the desk in the London studio, the TV star looked effortlessly beautiful in a bright red top. She styled her blonde tresses into loose beachy waves which cascaded over her shoulders.
Alongside the duo of snaps as Carol beamed from her new office, Carol revealed: “NEWS! I’m genuinely delighted to be joining the @lbc family from today [red heart emoji, white heart emoji, blue emoji]. Sundays 4pm – 7pm every week.
“I’ve been dying to tell you for age [laughing emoji]. Live radio is an incredibly important platform, never more so than in this election year. YOUR stories. YOUR views. Join me [heart emoji].

It didn’t take long before her famous friends and supportive fans showered her with congratulatory messages of support online. Comedian Alan Carr simply shared a series of applause emojis as Eamonn Holmes echoed: “Well done you [four applause emojis] Well deserved [thumbs up emoji].”
Another user penned: “I am so glad your voice can’t be silenced. The UK needs you more than they know.” A third echoed: “Ahhhh yeah absolutely fantastic news Carol, you will smash it. Can’t wait.
“Another legend who talks real sense and will hold people who need to be held to account [heart emoji].”
