Sharon Osbourne has a heartbreaking reason why she can only stay in the Celebrity Big Brother house for five days.
The former X Factor judge has been given a special role on the rebooted celeb series of the iconic reality show. She’s been tasked with judging her fellow housemates such as Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith and choosing three to be nominated for an early eviction.
The wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has nominated Gary, David Potts and Zeze Mills for eviction from the series, which kicked off on Monday night and continued on Tuesday (March 5). She’s even staying in a separate room to the other housemates.

Fans might be wondering why Sharon is going to be leaving the house after a matter of days rather than staying with her fellow stars. It turns out the TV star can’t stay away from her husband, who is battling Parkinson’s disease.
She admitted she was going to struggle in the house without her family as she told The Sun: “I don’t want to stay away from Ozzy for too long. We’re so close as a family.
“I don’t think I have ever gone a week without talking to any of them, ever. Through fights, feuds, everything. We still talk and this will definitely be the longest. I don’t know how I’m going to cope.”
Sharon issued a health update on Ozzy during Tuesdays’ episode of Celebrity Big Brother, revealing he was miserable and is already unhappy that she’s not around. She told Marisha Wallace: “He’s doing okay, it’s hard for him but he’s doing okay.
“He’s already started to complain. I had my last phone call with him on the way here and he was miserable.”
Last year, Ozzy announced he would have to stop touring after extensive spinal surgery. The Black Sabbath singer was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2020 and had a serious fall at home in 2019.
The accident exacerbated injuries from an almost deadly quad bike crash in 2003. Last September, Ozzy admitted: “It’s been five years of absolute hell for me and my family.”
“The family has been so supportive of me. I couldn’t have done it without them. It’s been a really bad scene. I have Parkinson’s, but I never think about it.”
