Celebrity Big Brother star Louis Walsh has admitted that he deliberately snubbed some of his fellow housemates.
Irish music mogul Louis, 71, left the house on Friday (March 22) after spending three weeks locked away from the world. He finished in fourth place, only behind Corrie actor Colson Smith, Strictly star Nikita Kuzmin and eventual winner David Potts.
During his time on the show, Walsh leaned into the role of the panto villain, stirring the pot and causing drama wherever he went. He also spent much of his time gossiping about those both in and outside of the house – the most controversial being twins Jedward, whom Louis branded as “vile”.

Now, after some time decompressing from his time on the show, Louis has revealed that he has stayed in contact with some of his fellow stars. He added that for others, he would be less interested in keeping contact with and even admitted to leaving winner David in the dark.
Speaking on the Hits Radio breakfast show, Louis confessed he did not give David his number, even after asking for Potts’ in the House. “I didn’t give David my number – he’s a nice guy but he sings too much,” he explained.
Instead, he gave his number to just two of his fellow co-stars: star of the Real Housewives of Cheshire Lauren Simon, and West End actress Marisha Wallace. Marisha in particular made a strong impression with Louis, whom he described as a “great girl”, adding that he “loved” her.
Chatting with hosts Fleur East and James Barr, Louis was asked what set him apart from his fellow celebrity housemates. In typical villain fashion, he launched a scathing attack on his fellow housemates, as he believed he was the only entertaining one.
“I was gobby, I told them what they wanted to hear. I wasn’t acting, I wasn’t playing, I wasn’t cooking!” he exclaimed.
“I was just sitting down watching everybody and they all wanted to win, they were all performing. Except me.”
He finished: “I didn’t mean to be bad to anybody… but I did give my opinion on everybody. That’s just the way I am!”
Ibiza Weekender star David Potts was declared the winner of Celebrity Big Brother on Friday, after appealing to the public with his loud personality and honest opinions. He beat out four other celebrities in the final push – Fern Britton, Colson, Nikita and Louis.
