EastEnders fans have unearthed a “disturbing” scene starring Mick Carter and Linda Henry – years before their soap debut.
Actress Linda made her soap debut back in 2006, playing the iconic Shirley Carter. Fast forward to 2013, and Danny’s character, Mick Carter rocked up to Walford with his clan.
At first, it was claimed that Mick was Shirley’s brother – but in emotional scenes from 2014, it was revealed that she is actually his mum.

Sadly in 2022, Danny Dyer left the soap when Mick appeared to get lost at sea after plunging into the water to save his estranged wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright).
Shirley was left heartbroken over the loss of her son. So much so, that she left Walford the same year – and hasn’t been seen since.
Prior to their soap roles, both Danny and Linda were no strangers to appearing on screens. Danny shot to fame in the late nineties and early 2000s thanks to roles in Human Traffic and The Football Factory, while Linda has starred in The Bill and Bad Girls.
But back in 2005, the pair actually starred alongside each other in a British crime movie. However, one scene from the flick has since got plenty of fans talking online.
Taking to TikTok, one fan shared a clip from the film, The Business that included Linda and Danny’s character. The viewer captioned the video: “Before Mick & Shirley knew they was related they had a little incest scene.”
In the clip, Linda’s character Shirley could be seen smoking and drinking with her pals while in a fancy restaurant. Then Danny’s character, Frankie, walked out into the restaurant.
He walked past Shirley, and in a shocking moment, she ended up slapping Frankie’s bottom. She then turned to him and said: “I’d give a grand to f**k you boy!” before he walked away.
Fans were quick to share their shock in the comments section at Danny and Linda’s scene. One person said: “I feel ill HAHAHA,” while a second penned: “OMG as if this exists.”
A third chimed in on the platform and wrote: “Well that’s disturbing.” Echoing their thoughts, another proclaimed: “NO!!! I’m never going to be able to unsee that now!!!”
Despite being best known for playing Shirley on EastEnders, Linda previously enjoyed a brief stint on the long-running BBC soap in 1991, taking on the role of Lorraine Salter for four episodes.
The popular character, who is renowned for her blonde pixie haircut, looked worlds away from the role she has played for 16 years as she sported longer blonde tresses.
