EastEnders fans were left doing a double-take after spotting Zaraah Abrahams, who plays, Chelsea Fox in a rival show.
The actress made her soap debut in X taking over from Tiana Opium Benjamin. As Denise Fox’s older daughter, Chelsea rocked up to the square back in 2006.
But in 2010, the character said her goodbyes to Walford – leaving fans gutted. However, 10 years later Chelsea made her return – this time played by Zaraah.

Since joining the cast in 2020, the actress has become a fan-favourite. And she’s been involved in some of the show’s most dramatic storylines.
From a diamond heist to a murderous partner, and now dealing with the fall-out from mum Denise’s mental breakdown, Zaraah is always at the center of the action on the soap. Prior to her stint on EastEnders though Zaraah appeared in Coronation Street from 2005 to 2007 as Joanne Jackson. She also worked on Waterloo Road for two years as Michaela White.
However, fans have recently unearthed footage from an iconic children’s programme that Zaraah once starred in. And it’s fair to say plenty were left stunned.
CITV’s Jungle Run aired from 1999 to 2006 and was hosted by a slew of presenters including Dominic Wood and Michael Underwood. The show followed a group of contestants taking on challenges, puzzles and more in order to find the treasure from the Temple of the Jungle King.
On Tuesday (February 27) one fan took to a Facebook EastEnders fan page to share a TikTok clip from the kid’s programme.
And one contestant taking part was Zaraah, who appeared alongside two of her pals.Captioning the post, the fan wrote: “Just saw this. It’s Chelsea playing Jungle Run back in 2005,” along with a laughing face emoji.
In the comments section of the TikTok video, other people pointed out Zaraah taking part in the show. They wrote: “Is that not zaraah Abraham’s from Eastenders who plays Denise daughter Chelsea ???”
Someone else replied: “Yep!!! The voice is literally her.” A third chimed in and added: “That’s what I thought!” Echoing their thoughts, another social media user penned: “Is that chelsea from eastenders,” along with crying face emojis. A fifth wrote: “I’m positive that’s Chelsea in Eastenders xx.”
