EastEnders slapped with complaints over newcomer as fans fume ‘there’s no way’

EastEnders fans have been left fuming at their screens as newcomer Logan made his debut.

The school bully, played by Liam Hatch, first appeared on the soap during Monday’s episode (January 29) where he had an altercation with Denzel Danes in the chicken shop.

Logan barged past Denzel and Amy who were in the queue, to which Denzel told him: “There’s a queue man.” Amy then told Denzel to drop it to which Logan replied: “Listen to the copper’s daughter.

“Don’t want her getting upset, do we? We all know what happened when she gets upset,” he added. Amy then stormed out and Denzel chased after her.

However later on, things took a dramatic turn when Logan and his gang cornered him outside. As they punched him, Yolande spotted what was happening and rushed over to help.

However sadly, she tripped over and fell to the ground as the bullies filmed her. Despite the horrific scenes unfolding, fans were all left saying the same thing.

Online, they revealed how they couldn’t help but notice how a 16-year-old could look so much older than his years and were left confused over his age. On X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “That new kid looks about 40.”

A second added: “Why is this school boy actually 50 years old pls.” A third chimed in and wrote: ” There’s no way that’s supposed to be a child.”

Another penned: “There’s a ‘teenager’ in today’s episode of #EastEnders that looks at least five years older than me. I am 34.” A fifth wrote: “That guy wearing school uniform looks about 30.”

In other EastEnders news, fans will be greeted with a familiar face as Karen Taylor is set to return to Albert Square. Lorraine Stanley will be reprising her role as Karen, just weeks after her emotional exit. Karen was driven out of Walford after staging Albie’s kidnap alongside son Keanu (Danny Walters).
