Former Gladiators star Kim Betts showed fans she’s fitter than ever when she revealed her rock-hard abs.
The 53-year-old athlete first appeared as Lightning on Gladiators in 1992 and battled it out across eight series until 2000. But it’s clear she’s still keeping herself in incredible shape, and doesn’t care what age she is.
Kim could be seen posing by the window in a crop top which exposed her washboard abs and muscular arms. She closed her eyes and held an arm up to her chiselled cheek.

She took to Instagram with a recent photo and said: “Me today…. A 53yr old grandma. It’s irrelevant how many children you’ve given birth to..
“It really doesn’t matter how old you are… You can STILL look as good as you did in your 20’s! Or EVEN BETTER!”
Fans were blown away by her ageless figure and rushed to compliment her in the comments. One dubbed her “outstanding”, and another said she was “incredible”.
Kim, the longest-serving female on Gladiators, loves keeping fans motivated with regular fitness posts on social media. She reminds her followers that age shouldn’t get in the way of keeping fit.
Gladiators will officially return on Saturday January 13 at 5:50pm on BBC One and iPlayer. The high-intensity gameshow will be hosted The Chase presenter Bradley Walsh, 63, and his son Barney, 26.
