Warren Fox is reportedly leaving Hollyoaks village in upcoming scenes.
Actor Jamie Lomas has confirmed that his departure from the Channel 4 soap has been on the cards for a while despite reports suggesting he’s leaving due to the recent news about cuts to the show.
It was revealed earlier this year that the number of weekly episodes will be reduced from five to three and that several cast members will be axed over the next few months in a huge shake-up.

Viewers recently watched Lizzie Chen-Williams (Lily Best) and Hunter McQueen (Theo Graham) die in heartbreaking scenes after taking dodgy drugs supplied by bad boy Warren and fans are now expecting if this could lead to his exit.
Jail twist

After Hunter and Lizzie’s death’s were confirmed, fans took to social media to predict that Warren could end up getting locked up for his role in supplying the drugs. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: “Guessing Warren gonna go to jail or killed off but he’s such a great character I’d rather they keep option open for him to return.” Another added: “Bloody hell, they’re not messing about this week. Lizzie dead. Hunter dead. This story must be linked to Warren’s exit surely?”
Goldie’s revenge

Hunter’s mum Goldie McQueen (Chelsee Healey) is currently in Spain away from the village but recently learned about her son’s death via a video call with Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe). Following the heartbreaking scene, despite fans predicted the character will return to get justice for her son despite Warren’s invovlement not being known yet . One person penned: “I used to be such a Warren Fox defender but where we’re at now, I’d love a revenge plot from the McQueens. not just for Hunter but for Bart and i do feel like “Ar’ Goldie is gonna be out for blood.” Another added: “Watch your back Warren Fox, Goldie McQueen is back!”
Whoddunnit plot

It’s not old Goldie who has an issue with Warren as he’s made many enemies in the village over the years. Some viewers are convinced there could be a huge whodunnit storyline where the villain will bumped off by a mystery killer. One fan wrote on social media: “A whodunnit would work so well here. So many suspects. We know he’s leaving alive, so they could even do something similar to ‘Who Shot Mercedes’. Another added: “Everything is building to a ‘Who killed Warren?’ scenario. He’s making too many enemies here.”
Hollyoaks airs weeknights on E4 at 7pm and first look episodes can be streamed Channel 4 at 7.30pm
