Kate Beckinsale was unrecognisable in throwback snaps of her dressed like an old man for Halloween.
The Underworld beauty, 50, pulled out all the stops for the spooky holiday last year, transforming into a bald man covered in wrinkles. She was said to be dressing as late billionaire J Howard Marshall, who was married to Anna Nicole Smith.
To create the show-stopping look, the actress wore a latex mask for the look. Her long caramel-coloured locks were completely covered and she looked completely different to usual.

She wore a white satin suit, with a rose pinned to the lapel, and was snapped perched in a wheelchair, cuddling her fluffy white cat. The look blew fans away when Kate first unveiled it last year, and she recently shared throwback snaps on Instagram.
The star appeared to be using the throwbacks to comment on the fact some trolls had criticised her for not looking “age appropriate”. Because according to reports, one of the images that she shared was captioned: “New deal. This is all you’re getting.” “Hope it is less triggering and more what you consider age appropriate,” the actress continued. “Sayonara bitches.”
Kate previously shared pictures of herself in costume – alongside a friend apparently dressed as Anna Nicole – in late 2023. The star, who often reveals her sense of humour in hilarious social media posts – wrote at the time: “Just bringing it back to when I almost laughed a latex mask up my nostrils into my brainstem and died because we are still not over it.”

Anna Nicole Smith tied the knot with Marshall II in 1994. She was 26 when they exchanged vows and the Texas oil billionaire was 89, and at the time she was accused of being a gold digger.
He passed away a year after their nuptials and the actress died in 2007 aged 39 after an accidental drug overdose.
