Home and Away star Stephanie Panozzo opened up about the devastating scenes coming up on the soap.
Episodes hitting the UK this week aired at the end of 2023 in Australia and saw Eden’s camping trip take a nightmare turn. The dramatic scenes will leave viewers on the edge of their seats as the Summer Bay duo fight to survive.
“What am I hoping people will take away from the finale? It’s gripping, amazing, heartbreaking, intense and epic,” the actress told 7Life. “I am so excited for fans to see it and cannot wait until they’re tuned in next year, because next year is so exciting.”

She added: “You know when Home and Away does these season finales and these big crash sequences they go all out and it’s always epic and incredible.” Struggling with the return of her brother Levi (Tristan Gorey), Eden suggested heading away for a few days with Cash (Nicholas Cartwright).

But it didn’t turn out to be the romantic getaway Eden hoped as Cash took her camping. During Friday’s episode of the Channel 5 soap, viewers will watch as Eden hits breaking point and calls best pal Remi (Adam Rowland) to come and pick her up.
Eden and Cash eventually patch things up and she calls Remi to say that she’s staying with Cash in the woods. But Remi is already on his bike preparing to take his friend home.
Out on the open road, a car emerges and the driver is distracted by a tussle with his passenger. The car collides with Remi’s bike and he’s sent flying through the air before hitting the ground.
Wes and Mickey – the two men in the car – determine that Remi is dead and destroy his phone. Wes then tells his brother that they need to get rid of Remi’s body.

Meanwhile night has fallen at the campsite and Eden leaves the tent with toilet roll in hand. Hearing a noise from the bush, she peers through and sees Mickey digging a makeshift grave.
Suddenly she is knocked out from behind and wakes up bound and gagged in the boot of a car. When Cash wakes the next morning, there is no sign of his girlfriend.
