Home and Away fans have predicted a new love story for Mackenzie Booth and newcomer Doctor Levi.
Last week, Mackenzie (Emily Weir) collapsed to the floor clutching her chest following an argument with Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis). Mackenzie was rushed to the hospital where she was met with Levi (Tristan Gorey)–a cardiothoracic surgeon.
During Tuesday’s instalment (February 6) of the Channel 5 soap, Levi helped calm Mackenzie as she prepared for heart surgery. After coming out of the operation, Levi was the first person she saw.

He revealed there was a tear in her artery, but he repaired it and she can make a full recovery. Ahead of Levi’s arrival, the official Home and Away Instagram page introduced fans to Summer Bay’s newest doctor.

Alongside a photo of the newcomer, it said: “Introducing our brand new #HomeandAway cast member…Dr Levi. A Cardiothoracic Surgeon who is racing to save the life of a Summer Bay favourite.”
Viewers raced to the comments to share their thoughts on the new arrival, with several fans speculating he could develop a romance with Mackenzie. One declared: “Mac’s new love interest”.

“I hope he gets with Mac,” added another viewer. A third wrote: “Someone new for Mac to date I bet”. Echoing this, a fourth chipped in: “We knew it. A new love story for Mac.”
But all is not as it seems when it comes to the new doctor as he already has ties to Summer Bay. Home and Away spoilers revealed Levi is the brother of Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) – and their relationship is extremely strained.

Next week, Remi Carter (Adam Rowland) spots Levi at the hospital and rushes to tell Eden that her brother is in town. It’s revealed the siblings haven’t spoken in years, while Eden is holding a grudge.
Eden opens up about their fractured relationship, revealing Levi took their father’s side after he had an affair before abandoning their family. With support from Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) about salvaging her relationship with Levi, Eden decides to face her brother at the hospital.
