ITV bosses take drastic action to keep reality stars away from each other before filming

Loaded in Paradise cast members were forced to stay away from each other behind the scenes.

Bosses ensured the stars of the glamorous ITV2 reality show didn’t get to know each other by putting strict rules in place when the cameras stopped rolling.

Bombshell Jen, who joined the series as a late arrival with fellow country singer and beauty queen Emma, 29, has opened up about what viewers don’t get to see on camera and her reservations about signing up for the programme.

Miss Great Britain 2020 winner Jen told Daily Star: “Initially I felt like me and Emma are OG material and we did have a talk about it and wondered if we should just apply next year to go on as OGs but we decided to go on. We went into the safe house and we were there for about two nights and we got about half an hour with the other couples before we got split up.

“They brought in these massive security men to keep everyone away from each other but somehow two of the girls managed to sneak into mine and Emma’s room and brought wine and stuff so we had a good gossip for an hour. We formed an alliance behind the scenes but the next day they got voted off. We all couldn’t spend too much time together because there was also people around making sure we didn’t speak to each other.”

Security guards were employed to keep people separated

Jen, 31, went on to share that her and Emma’s game plan didn’t go the way they expected and it got “ruined” just hours into the competition. Jen explained: “Our game plan was to go in and make everyone believe we were stupid but as soon as we went in our game plan went to pot. We both compete in beauty pageants so we both went in with competitive heads but it went to s**t because making friends took over our competitive side and it kind of ruined our game plan.”
